Refund and Returns Policy

At Byte Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we are here to resolve it with care and transparency.


🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You send the product back to our return address.

❌ You are not eligible for a return/refund if:

  • You used the product and later changed your mind
  • You request a return after more than 7 days without prior notice
  • The product was damaged or modified after delivery
  • You refuse delivery without valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care or intimate items (e.g., underwear, grooming items)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable software

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  • We will inspect the product within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, we will issue a full refund via bKash/Nagad or your preferred method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of your return
  • Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed or posted to you

If the gift was not sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original buyer.
